Social protection: expenditure on cash benefits and on benefits in kind
		Here information on the spending on social protection programs in Europe. Since the slogan of democracies is "that we are all entitled to the same things", in many countries there's a tendency to consider certain things as "inherent rights". When the government grants those things to the people it only generates a dangerous state of mind in which personal effort leaves ground to claim.
