The future unfolds a number of variants which open the way. Every day, without exception, the present forces one of them to cross the threshold and to crystallize, leaving a zigzag mark on retrospective.
Over that flow, at the breaking point where two opposing infinites meet, there is a bridge on which the man raises, discerning the range of possibilities crowded before him, calling on his wishes, taking the imaginary reins to impose one beam of future over the others and, as it passes along the canal, stamps itself indelibly on the surface which moves and makes room for the trace of the incoming flow.
Among the beams of future, and even along the plain moving away behind him, whirls of a singular luminescence appear, and the man wonders if this strange common factor will help him some day to combine his observation of both hemispheres of this becoming.
When he wakes up, the man is in the city of the apparent life.
What ever happened to the bridge, the tide of convergent clusters, the gliding furrowed plain?
There must be a place where said endless transformation still occurs. The reins, however, are no longer there; and the perspective, who knows…
What is out there? What tools are offered to fly over that dividing line, where ideas, things, everything is born?
When peeking into the distribution point, he sees how millions of micro-roles are assigned with a greater or lesser arbitrariness, leaving the recipients more or less satisfied. Vocations, crafts, professions, knowledge; take a pick.
Consolation is a prize only if every alternative is painted in grey.
Seen from the air, each one of the piles holding countless joints proliferate, absorbing and channeling the small sparkles, showing no sign of a lasting glow.
Man’s action has been fractionized; their meaning, centralized by resignation’s management.
The bridge has fallen down.
Flying Dominates Space Like a Bridge
One of the greatest unbalances of our Culture regarding the relation between the individual and the World presented before him is the one that links the ability to observe and manifest himself to the ability to build effectively.
Whereas the assimilation is an individual process, the action is supposed to be indefectibly channeled in a massive way and coordinated on a grand scale.
How does man act? Or at least, how does man think he acts?
It is commonly believed that human beings act mainly through their work.
The problem is that work, as outlined in the existing project and productive proposals, entails making a small part of what is presumed to be “necessary”, since its vehicle is the transactional collaboration among the members of society.
This generally implies the implicit subscription of a wide range of agreements and consensus regarding matters that deserve increasingly greater critical review.
This comprehensive review raises the need for organizational and project models which can support and stimulate a truly independent perspective.
Today, there are three main recipients of human action: the State, the private sector and the third sector, which groups the Non-Governmental or Public Welfare Organizations.
By definition, the State could be placed diametrically opposite to what it would be a fertile ground for a new independent model. Its hegemonizing prerogatives are precisely an intrinsic part of its operation and represent the natural antibodies which emphasize its role as guarantor in the “contract” on a large scale and as a logical ally to the main Culture of the time.
Being focused on profit and goods and services supply, the private sector´s ability to question is weakened, due to its need to live and connive with the society it works for; whereas its specialization conspires against the thoroughness needed to characterize a new kind of contribution.
Regarding the NGOs, their role as “substitutes” or as repairs of some small shortfall in the general system makes them to presumably legitimize agreements and more transcendental facets in need of a comprehensive review. This dependence is completed by what it is usually a financial dynamic which compromises these organizations as to their ability to maneuver independently and their innovation and display of resources.
Therefore, the NGOs, as they are structured, cannot start deep processes of change in our Culture.
Which conditions would a new organizational and project model need for it to enable a contribution for such important and transcendental transformations?
1. The new model must enable an integral work on Culture, to free strategic axis which define life projects, so that it can also be a tool for personal construction and involvement with the community, breaking the primary dissociation between the person and the main depositary of his productivity, which is usually not a part of the individual.
2. Being economically independent, by having productive units (though culturally validated for the project) which enable them to do without any external subsidy. This enables the constitution of sovereign critical objectives with no external conditioning factors.
3. To seize an important characteristic of the time, which is the highly decentralized ability to build technological knowledge, intelligence and innovation.
An organizational order which enables to install a true platform for a consistent questioning of Culture can only be equipped with a project technology which instinctively harmonizes will and imagination with ethics and effective action.
Ten years after its emplacement, the tandem Riorevuelto AC – Global Margin S. A. represents a proof of sustainability of a new model which allows to soar up perspectives and dynamics for a new and real Independence.
